Insurance and Sales Officer
Location: Lusaka
Reports to: Mobile Money and Insurance Coordinator
Minimum Qualification: Minimum of Diploma in Insurance or related field with at least 2 years of work experience

Job Overview
The Insurance and Sales Officer is responsible for the Coordination, upscaling, Supervision, Sales, policies, compliance, and practices of the company insurance business. S/He ensures AMZ adheres to regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the contact person for all the insurance products in AMZ
- Prepare insurance schedules for premiums as well as claims
- Ensure all claims are settled on time
- Liaise with Insurance companies for possible innovations
- Liaise with PIA and the auditors for compliance
- Arrange quarterly/monthly training to staff for compliance and product knowledge.
- Look out for opportunities to upscale and increase uptake
- Liaise with AMZ funding partners for budget monitoring and reports.
- Drive insurance sales in conjunction with Regional/Branch managers.
- Ensure AMZ insurance policy is up to date in line with business strategy.
