AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Zambia – Request for Vendors


AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Zambia is inviting sealed bids from all eligible private firms/companies to shortlist (on behalf of AIDS Healthcare Foundation) applicants for inclusion into the company’s register of prequalified vendors. The categories applied for include medical supplies and equipment, Stationary, IT services, and computer accessories, Repair and maintenance works, etc. A detailed list of services required can be obtained from our reception desk at our head office in Kabulonga.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDERS

Application letter, description of the company, geographic reach, type of goods/services offered, and should be accompanied by the following:

  1. Certificate of incorporation or registration
  2. Certificate from National Regulatory Bodies
  3. Valid Trading License
  4. VAT Registration where applicable
  5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  6. Valid and current income tax clearance
  7. References or contact of references from three reputable organizations/companies, with a profile similar to AHF-Zambia.
  8. Profile and CVs for service providers
  9. Evidence of completion of businesses related to the tender (copies of completion certificates, LPOs’, contracts)

Bids in properly sealed envelopes marked “Application to shortlist Suppliers” should be dropped in the tender box at the reception, addressed to:
