Lead and oversee the development growth strategy of the profitable new business, formulation and maintenance of effective strategic account relationships in Airtel Money as well as ensuring delivery of set revenue targets, business management and assessment, Corporate customer attrition, strategic marketing for Enterprise and Merchant business, strategic competitor analytics and business performance optimization
REPORTING TO THE AIRTEL MONEY DIRECTOR, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:
- Deliver business goals set by Executive Committee in accordance with overall Company strategy.
- Ensure the development of Mobile Financial Services in general and Airtel Money, in particular, follows a strategic growth plan, with the provision of a clear direction and structure
- Promote an Airtel Money centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups and adherence to Group governance.
- Provide overall direction for Financial Services by analyzing changes in the competitive landscape, analyzing trends, costs, forecasts and implementing as per business plan.
- Develop financial and Airtel Money ecosystem through strategic partnerships.
- Manage overall financial performance of each product and commercial expenses by analyzing and controlling financial reports, creating and administering commercial budgets.
- Evaluate operational processes for the Financial Services business area and improve opportunities to promote a customer focused culture
