Responsibilities
- Prepare concept documentation, marketing plans and manage the implementation
- Develop in-depth knowledge of telecoms architecture and industry trends
- Analyse new technology trends and innovations
- Originate and manage marketing research around consumer insights and market share
- Work with internal business stakeholders in the development and execution of Mobile Money plans
- Analyse key internal and external performance indicators
- Participate in project lifecycle and present ideas on product performance and fit to market requirements
Qualifications
- Business Administration, Marketing, or IT Degree
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Three years experience of Relationship Management, New Business and Product Development, Product Management and Customer Care
- Two years experience in a dynamic and fast moving industry
- Demonstrable experience in primary and secondary research
