THE ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION WHOSE MISSION IS TO EFFECTIVELY PREVENT AND COMBAT CORRUPTION IN ORDER TO PROMOTE INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR SUSTANABLE DEVELOPMENT IN ZAMBIA INVITES APPLICATIONS FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

LEGAL AND PROSECUTIONS OFFICER – [2]

Main Responsibilities

To prosecute criminal cases in courts of law, attend to civil matters and render legal opinions on behalf of the Commission on investigated cases and maintain a database of court cases.

Qualifications

  • Full grade twelve [12] Certificate
  • Bachelor of Laws Degree
  • Applicants should be an advocate of the High Court with experience in Criminal and Civil work
  • Applicants must have good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Computer knowledge is essential
