Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achievement of agreed sales volumes target ( Based on the budget )
2. Provide daily market intelligence on competitors and other suppliers concerning product pricing at various supply points/depots
3. Identify and develop a list of potential businesses/customers/clients/with a timeline of conversation to actual customers
4. Constantly update past and new customer detail and contact list as and when applicable
5. Maintain present customers, with periodic communications to keep them updated with product availability and pricing
6. Design and maintain a customer database with approved credit limits and also ensure that all customers are covered with proper contracts/offer letters before embarking on sales
7. Liaise constantly with the Operations/ Trade/ Finance department during product sales to ensure proper processing of required documents: offers, invoices, receipts for accurate reconciliations,  letter of affirmation and distribution manifest.
8. Maintain proper and orderly documentation/filing for all customers

Minimum Requirement

•  A university degree ( Preferably in either a Science or Engineering course)
• At least 3 years of cognate working experience in Depot operations in Bulk Storage Company.
• Experienced in depot operations with a flair for logistics and distribution
