Assistant Registrar- Examinations – Lusaka: National Institute Of Public Administration


To manage and maintain an up to date student record management system pertaining to admissions, registration, examination and transcription.

Reports to: Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs

Knowledge and Skills requirements

  • 5 ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University.
  • BA/BSc Degree or equivalent in Education or Public Administration or in any social sciences.
  • A minimum of three (03) years post-graduate relevant experience at supervisory levels is require for the task.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer Literate.
