An established and reputable organization is offering an opportunity for a dynamic, driven and motivated individual to join their team as a Branch Manager.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Direct Sales Management
  • Retail Sales Management
  • Channel Sales Management
  • Credit Control
  • Financial Management
  • Inventory Management

CRITICAL OR TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Must be a natural salesperson with administrative skills and a sound financial background.
  • Mature but below 35 years and a strong interest in and an appreciation of IT products.
  • Must have demonstrated performance management/ monitoring and coaching skills.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Honesty and High integrity

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Any tertiary qualification in Financial Management will be an added advantage.
  • A clean, light motor vehicle drivers licence.
  • Above 5 years of managerial experience in Administration and/ or Marketing or a related area.
