Reporting to the Group Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Coordinator for Zambia will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for Astro Zambia. Their key role is to design and implement marketing strategic initiatives that align with the business targets. To design digital marketing campaigns, perform market research and the selling and distribution of all software and tech products manufactured by Astro to all strategic business partners. Other duties include planning and coordinating all marketing and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate must have the ability to increase our market share in Zambia and ensure brand visibility and consistency. Must be familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the tech world. Should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively. The required candidate must be a holder of a Marketing or ICT degree with at least 5 years working experience in a senior position. Must have a valid driver’s license and passport and must be prepared to travel to any location in Africa.
