Available Position at Zambia National Commercial Bank: Atm Centre Coordinator

Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc (Zanaco) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank’s strategic vision, in the Operations Division under the Branch & Channel Support Department at Head Office.

Job Title: Atm Centre Coordinator – 1

Responsibilities

• Ordering and replenishment of cash for Offsite ATMs
• Preparation and posting of entries relating to cash ordered from vault
• ATM Cash balancing
• Management of ATM cash totals
• ATM cash sorting
• Counting and recording of cash rejected to the ATM reject bin
• Ensuring good ATM availability/uptime in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• ATM fault resolution/escalation
• Management of ATM consumables such as journal rolls, receipt rolls
• Handling of disputed ATM transactions in liaison with the ATM reconciliation team
• Providing transaction query details/transaction journal copies to the reconciliation team
• Removing retained cards from the ATM and recording in the retained cards register
• Adhering to the provisions of the ATM Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Filing of journal rolls, teller cash sheets
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Credit or above mandatory in Mathematics and English and any other three subjects
• Diploma in Banking, Business, Accounts
• Three years practical banking experience
• ATM custodianship experience
• Experience in ATM Reconciliation
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to work long hours
• Verbal and written communication skills
