Job Title: Customer Retention Agent

To proactively contact existing customers to increase the customers spend and lifetime with Zamtel To conduct “Outbound Campaigns” that are focused on extending customers lifetime and to increase customer’s Average Revenue Per User – “ARPU”


  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Public Administration, Business administration, Business Management, Marketing or relevant field
  • Professional Registration: Zambia Institute of Marketing
  • Minimum Experience : At least 2 years experience in a similar role. preferably in telecoms/FMCG industry
  • Key Skills:
    • Computer literacy / computer skills for computer based jobs
    • Knowledge of Customercare/Zamtel products
