BBC Media Action Recruiting: Outreach and Research Officer

BBC Media Action is the international development charity of the BBC.  We are currently looking to recruit for multiple positions. Please note that all positions are Lusaka based but will involve extensive travel within Zambia therefore a valid driving license is essential.

OUTREACH AND RESEARCH OFFICER: A minimum of 3 years work experience of conducting qualitative and quantitative research, preferably in either the governance, and/or media sector. Proven track record of designing research tools and questionnaires, and managing focus group discussions and in-depth interviews essential. Candidates with experience on researching social norms will be preferred.  Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Social Science or related field. Good analytical skills and report writing experience are essential requirements. Candidates must be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
