ASSISTANT AUDIT MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS

Qualifications & Selection Criteria

  • Full ACCA/ZICA qualification or education. An undergraduate degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit and accounting;
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and develop priorities to ensure that work is completed with a high degree of accuracy within the context of completing deadlines;
  • Experience with computerized accounting packages and excel spreadsheets;
  • Ability to manage teams;
  • Good management and communication skills;
  • Passionate on business development.

AUDIT SENIORS

Qualifications & Selection Criteria

  • Full ACCA/CIMA/CA;
  • 3 to 4 years audit and accounting experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and to work autonomously with limited supervision;
  • Good management and communication skills.
