BIA Zambia is currently looking for an Aftermarket Planning Team Leader for its operations to be based at the Workshop in Kitwe.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

With his/her team, being responsible for:

  • Raising short-term, mid-term and long-term planning in coordination with internal and external needs
  • Planning all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the works.
  • Opening and closing of Service Orders using a software application (SAP)
  • Invoicing Service Orders to both internal and external customers
  • Receiving the Purchase Orders from the customers
  • Keeping the Work in Progress under control
  • Inputting for worked time of the Workshop Technicians on relevant work orders
  • Maintaining absence log against departments work schedule
  • Collecting and reporting all departmental KPI’s
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on all departments issues, including raising PO and receiving of delivered works in SAP.
  • Assist Aftermarket Manager with all administration and filing duties

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration
  • 5 years previous work experience in similar capacity
  • Good understanding of a busy workshop environment
  • Good knowledge of SAP or any related software
  • Parts interpretation experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good team working skills
  • Good team leader capacities
