Biza Farms Limited is seeking a highly dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Farm Supervisor.

Duties:

Maintain quality control and production records; Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers; Develop work schedules and establish procedures; Supervise and oversee the growing and other crop-related operations; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.  Provide required training to farm workers and ensure the ongoing development of staff.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
• 2 – 3 years work experience
• Working knowledge and experience in vegetable growing such as tomatoes, cabbages, peppers and; animal husbandry (poultry).
• Basic supervisory and management skills required
• Team player and reliable
