BKS Travel and Tours seeks to recruit a vibrant, self-motivated, result driven individual, smart and analytical thinker to take on the role of Hostess/Host on our airport shuttle service.

The Hostess will earn a fixed basic pay and a commission on clients brought to supplement the organizations services. The hostess/host will be responsible for dealing with clients at either our East Park Mall or Airport stations and will be responsible for managing the relationships with customers. We seek to recruit an individual who is willing to work in shifts and is flexible to deal with adjustments depending on the shift and work requirements.

Roles and responsibilities include;

• Ability to coordinate customer schedules and airport schedules to ensure highest service delivery at all times
• Ensure adequate resources are available on the shuttle (Wi-Fi, refreshments, shuttle cleanliness)
• Possess computer operation knowledge.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Market and sell company services to various clients at all times.
• Ensuring that the shuttle and cars are clean at all times
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
• Coordination with drivers and head hostess with regards to changes in flights or passenger information (Delayed flights, passengers missed flight etc.)
• Ability to distinguish service quality, and presentation and observe delivery at all times.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Possess adequate knowledge of all company prices, products and services
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the employer and supervisor from time to time.
