Bookkeeper and Administrator Vacancy
Job Describtion:
We are looking for a candidate to perform Bookkeeping and Administration activities. We are a company originating from South Africa with operations now established in Zimbabwe. We supply specialised equipment to Farmers, logistic companies, mining companies and other organisations. The role is varied and needs someone who can think quickly on their feet and is ready to be part of a small but effective team.
Duties will include:
PAYE
QPD
VAT
Month end reports
Reconciliations
Invoicing
Third Party Payments
Book Keeping ideally with Quickbooks experience
Administration – As required
Manage Debtors and Creditors
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
Accounting/Bookkeeping Diploma or Higher
Experience in a similar role is essential
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Key Skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Hard Working
Honest
Fast Learner
