Responsibility

  • Sales of Topstar products
  • Activation of smart cards on Stariboss
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints
  • Account for Cash from sales
  • Stock taking
  • After sales services
  • Follow- up on initial contacts
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.

 

Requirement

  • 22 yrs – 35yrs, Great health Condition
  • Mass Communication, English Language or Other humanities
  • Have knowledge about Topstar products and Services, Customer Service, Phone Etiquette
  • Language English and 2 other Zambia Languages
  • MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word
  • Minimum 1 year in Customer service environment
  • Minimum Certificate in Marketing or any other related field
