Responsibilities

The Business Services Development Manager shall be responsible for the overall operations, credit, marketing and customer care functions of the business.

Job Description

• Develop and manage marketing and communications programs
• Conduct recruitment of new members
• Make powerpoint presentations for orienting and re-orienting new and existing member organizations
• Develop communication channels and actively engage with members and member organizations
• Take charge of publicity and corporate social responsibility programs
• Manage client enquiries and make follow up actions with clear timelines
• Manage the Credit function of the company
• Supervise staff in administration, IT, HR, Credit and Loan Officers
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager

Essential qualifications and experience

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
• At least two years’ work experience in Administration/Marketing
• Ability to work in a team and strong customer focus skills
