Campaign Lead – Vegetables
Description
Purpose
- Develops and implements campaigns designed to achieve the growth and revenue goals of the organization
- Enhances and communicates Syngenta /Product value proposition through unique marketing strategies
Accountabilities
- Design detailed campaigns including high level content defined together with asset marketing and sales
- Liaison with marketing services and external agencies in relation to content generation and execution
- Translate offers to customer (channel or grower) needs and detail including delivery plan, pricing and commercial policies
- Sequence roll out in logical way to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns are executed in line with marketing budget and plan set by the campaign team
- Leverage campaign dependencies at grower level between CP/SE
- Working with Sales conduct post campaign in-field measurement of campaign effectiveness, including Integrated Solutions KPIs
- Support the integration of the CP and SE marketing teams, including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change
Qualifications
Experience required
- Strong Marketing experience, preferably in a challenging, cross cultural environment; and with a network of agencies and contacts
- Preferably experience in the agribusiness
- Proven exp
(external and internal)
industry, sales experience also favorable
Critical knowledge
- Tertiary qualifications preferable
- Understanding of marketing
- High level of
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
