Job Description

Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Capability Trainer at our Maheu plant in Zambia which is the leading and only Coca – Cola producer in Zambia. This position reports into the Capability Development Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for driving execution excellence through implementing and monitoring performance in terms of sales force effectiveness metrics (Red, SFE, etc.), adapts and develops training solutions to address related capability gaps identified. He /she will also be responsible for develop competency based L&D solutions by designing and developing customized training modules and training solutions to suit the specific and generic needs of the sales force, through the use of appropriate sales data and statistics to identify needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop learning materials in support of learning and development activities
Ensures timeous RE on L&D spend and tracks spend in predefined L&D Plan.
Ensure continuous improvement of existing material
Co-develop effective induction programs for sales force
Ensure compliance to statutory training requirements
Manage costs of planned programs within budget

Skills, Experience & Education

Degree in Sales and Marketing or Education and Training
Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing
At least two years’ experience in a coaching or training role in an FMCG.
Qualified Facilitator , experience in management will be an added advantage
