A Car Hire Company in Lusaka, Zambia is seeking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative person to fill the position of Operations Assistant.
Reporting to the Company Director s/he will perform the responsibility of:
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Making prompt vehicle bookings.
- Vehicle inspections and handovers.
- Marketing of company on different media platforms including social media.
- Book keeping and preparation of managerial reports.
- Keeping all vehicle maintenance, RTSA and Insurance documentation up to date.
- Driving clients as and when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the director.
Qualification and Skills:
- Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Proficient in Marketing practices.
- Transport and Logistics.
- Very good communicator; oral and written English with skills in computer usage.
- Driver’s license held for not less than 2 years.
- Preferably, 2 years experience in a similar position.
