Job Title: Area Manager Consumer Sales

Responsibilities

Build strong distribution network within the area, leading to the recruitment of distributors with presence in peripheral areas or strategic growth areas by way of setting up connect stores
Prepares annual plan and budget to implement area strategy and translate plan into sales targets
Provide support to appointed Distributors, including appropriate branding of distributor facilities, supply of adequate stocks, building of capacity, training on any new products and services and resolution of conflict amongst distributors

Job Title: Regional Consumer Sales Manager

Reporting to: Chief Sales and Distribution

Responsibilities

Drive sales volumes against targets and quality gross activations
Growth of numeric distribution
Revenue growth and manage profit and loss in the region
Manage the weighted out of stocks

Job Title: National Direct Sales & Acquisition Manager

Reports to Chief Sales & Distribution Officer

Responsibilities

Design & execute customer acquisition strategies aimed at achieving company objectives.
Develop strategy to grow electronic airtime sales and distribution including electronic channel partners
Liaise with stakeholders in driving acquisition strategy & growth of customer numbers on voice, data and mobile money
Review strategy around KYC regulation and implement plans to ensure compliance
