Carlcare Service Center is Currently Recruiting: Assistant Human Resource Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment and Exit management.
- Managing Employee Contracts.
- Managing employee scheme receipting like Napsa etc.
- Submitting weekly and monthly reports i.e Labour relationship management reports etc.
- Provide relevant support to the department as assigned by the supervisor.
- Administering the pay-roll in close liaison with the Accounts department.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Strictly 1 or 2 years working experience.
- Should be a fully paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
- Self-motivated, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
- Conversant with Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Conversant with the Zambian Labour Law.
Not more than 28 years of age.
