Carlcare service limited is looking for well-qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions of Technician X2, Store Keeper X1 and Receptionist X1. Qualified candidates will be conducting the following duties;
- Job Responsibilities for Technician
- Repairing 25 mobile phones a day
- Maintaining 100% quality of all the 25 phones
- Doing Tear down and renewing phones from Mother Warehouse
- Providing reports on bounce repair from QC, HQ and CC about his performance on a weekly basis.
- All phones assigned must be repaired within 30 hours.
- Testing Phones before going to QC
- Training new colleagues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES STOREKEEPER
- Issuing materials to Technicians for maintenance.
- Issuing defectives out weekly to Mother warehouse via System manager.
- All defective materials from technicians must be labeled correctly according to the HQ standard.
- Sending reports on all good materials in the system but bad physically with picture and quantity.
- Training new colleagues.
- Performing stock-taking every month-end and give reports.
- Sending Reports on all shortages encountered every month.
- Training new colleagues.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES RECEPTIONIST
- Receiving faulty phones for maintenance from customers
- Returning repaired phones to customers
- Giving refunds to customers we can to afford second quotations.
- Explaining to customers what was repaired or changed from the phones.
- Checking income and giving daily income reports.
- Listening to customers complaints /problems and offer solutions or refer to the next immediate supervisor for further solutions.
Candidates who wish to apply in the above-mentioned position should posses the following qualifications;
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in the related position.
- Should be a diploma holder in the same capacity.
- Should posses excellent communication skills
- Should be fluent in English both written and oral.
- Should be solution-oriented and resourceful.
- Should be computer literate with Microsoft Word.( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Leadership skills will be an added advantage.
