Job Title: Cash Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers are efficiently attended and served within turn around time.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure accuracy and promptness in tellers carrying out their duties.
  • Ensure GL accounts are in proof
  • Ensure maintenance of efficient COP balance
  • Vigilance to avoid fraud

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full G12 certificate with 5 credits or better including English and Mathematics
  • First degree (credit/ lower second or better) in a business related field
  • Three (3) years cognate banking experience
  • Knowledge of Banking operations, policies and procedures
