Catholic Medical Mission Board is a leading faith-based NGO working to contribute to improving global health care for the Worlds vulnerable populations by building healthy, sustainable communities through community engagement and partnerships. CMMB Zambia is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill up the positions below for an anticipated, 5-year USAID-funded STOP GBV II project based in Zambia. The purpose of the project is to build upon achievements under the prior STOP GBV projects in order to strengthen the environment for girls and women, boys, and men, and members of key/priority populations, to live lives free of GBV and enjoy healthy-supportive, gender-equitable relationships.

Responsibilities

  • The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager will oversee the implementation of all activity performance monitoring, incorporation of lessons learned from performance monitoring, evaluations and research, capacity building of district and sub-district activities to achieve results, and use of data to inform project implementation
  • S/he will be responsible for ensuring the collection, data processing, and use of high quality of data across all project activities, sites, and offices
  • This position will be responsible for sectoral leadership in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and related capacity development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Demography and population studies or development studies
  • Demonstrated ability to inform programming based on third-party evaluations
  • Seven (7) years work experience in international development context and high-level data interpretation and usage
  • Five (5) years overseeing donor-funded projects in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning
  • Excellent report writing, analytical and oral presentation skills
