The position of Enquiries Clerk reports directly to the Branch Administrator and ensures that client
enquiries and complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Assisting and advising
more junior enquiry clerk’s and assistant’ s to carry out daily tasks in such a manner that customer
service is promoted.
Qualification
- Full Grade 12 certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
- A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
