The ECD Programme implementation took a multifaceted approach encompassing nurturing care and early stimulation, early learning, health and nutrition, social protection, child protection, and safety. The program was designed to operationalize the integrated model for reaching children in rural areas and hard to reach areas in a cost-effective and sustainable way. Under this project, UNICEF-ChildFund Partnership in collaboration with Government aims to provide an integrated implementation model in which communities’ partner with service providers to provide community-based integrated ECD services along the 5 pillars of Nurturing Care.
