DUTY STATION: Mkushi Zambia

Report Directly To: Management

Chinese to English/English to Chinese Translator/ Interpreter

Overall Responsibility

We are looking for an English-Chinese/Chinese-English translator/interpreter to assist management with routine communication and feedback at our company.

Main Accountability:

  • Interpretation
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments
  • Translate verbal and writing (English-Chinese/Chinese-English)

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Able to carry out English-Chinese/Chinese-English translation verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and good team player
  • Able to train 2-5 colleagues in at least basic Chinese language at least 2 hours daily
