City Cyber Business Center is Currently Recruiting: Cafe Administrator


City Cyber Business Center (CCBC) is looking for a Cafe Administrator (1) to handle the day-to-day activities of the company. The individual must be disciplined and of sober character. Must be willing to work long hours. Good customer and human relation skills are essential. The individual must be able to listen and adhere to instructions given to them.

Job Duties:

  • Opening and closing office.
  • Basic upkeep and cleanliness of the office.
  • Monthly stock counting.
  • Creating stock reports as requested.
  • Handling of all typing, printing, photocopying, laminating and binding duties.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12. Computer Studies related qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience is advantageous but not required, basic training shall be provided.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Computer knowledge is advantageous.
