Job Position: OFFICE ASSISTANT

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), is a statutory body established by the Government of the Republic of Zambia under section 3 of the Civil Aviation Authority Act (Act No.7) of 2012. The CAA is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Office Assistant in the Directorate of Corporate Affairs and will be reporting to the Administrative Officer.

JOB PURPOSE: To maintain routine hygiene services in order to facilitate for a clean environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning the office premises daily, empty trash appropriately
• Provide routine in-house mail deliveries and any form of communications with the Authority.
• Ensure office utensils are kept clean at all times
• Assist office staff in various simple filling of documents as may be requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with a minimum of 5 credits including English
• Clean track record
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Any other relevant qualifications in the field will be an added advantage
