Job Description

We are inviting applications from young ambitious and highly motivated graduates to undergo an intensive graduate training program. The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to give graduates the best hands-on training in accounts and finance. Successful candidates will be exposed to learning opportunities with an aim to build their competency, skills, and knowledge in accounts and finance across various disciplines with the ultimate view of preparing them for future roles in the business based on performance. The graduate trainees will be required to undergo intensive Development programs for 18 months.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • University degree or its equivalence in accounting and finance with at least a merit or better
  • Must be a recent graduate from College or University within the past two 3 years period (2017 – 2019)
  • Syspro experience an added advantage
  • GCE O’Level certificate holder with minimum merit grade in both English and Mathematics
  • Must be a member of any of the following professional bodies of which include ACCA, CIMA or ZICA
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Highly adaptable
  • Must not be more than 30 years old
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Strong level of analytical skills and computer literacy.
