A commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following positions:

IT, E-Channels & Digital Banking Compliance Officer

Reporting to the Head Conduct & Compliance, s/he will:

• Contribute to the ongoing information security initiatives and improvements development, implementation and maintenance of information security for the bank.
• Advises the Head of IT and the Head of E-Channels and Digital Banking of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
• Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the Information Security, Business Continuity, and Quality assurance operation of the IT Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Drives IT/E-business and digital banking risk deliverables

Qualification and Skills:

• B.sc Computer Sciences CISA, CRISK, CISM
• 3 years Minimum Experience
