A commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following positions:

Head of IT

Reporting to the Managing Director, s/he will:

• Ensure the business of the Bank is facilitated through the use of technology for the delivery of superior customer service in line with corporate objectives and goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to laid down policies and procedures and conform to regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure continuous improvement of operations through deployment of leading-edge technologies that efficiently and effectively support the bank’s business.
• Develop the capacity within the bank in three areas i.e. people, skills, and knowledge.

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum First Degree in Computer Science or Business Studies including Advanced Degree or Professional Qualifications.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience in a senior technical role with managerial experience and project management skills.
