Commercial Commissioner: Greenroad International Logistics limited

Responsibilities of Commercial Commissioner:

1. Responsible for the development and contract maintenance of the local air companies/shipping companies/supplier agents/fleet, etc., establish and improve the local branch’s air/sea/land transportation price system, and regularly update the freight schedule;

2. Collect market information, develop sea/air products, and continuously develop competitive air/sea products in the market;

3. Assist to maintain the update and use of the air and sea freight contract, including the position and price issues;

4. Coordinate the relationship with the air/shipping companies, coordinate and solve various problems in the transportation process, and independently deal with various emergencies and abnormal events;

5. Deal with the price consultation of sales colleagues in a timely manner, follow up the company’s inquiries, and provide support for the company’s business development;

6. Assist the communication between the customers and other departments of the company to ensure their smooth and effective communication, timely handle customer complaints and suggestions, timely report to the superior beyond the scope of authority, and provide the best quality service for the customers.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above; Proficient in English;

2. More than 3 years’ experience in the international air transport industry, understanding of freight forwarder market;

3. Strong execution, ability to analyze and solve problems, good market judgment, and product development ability;

4. Love international logistics industry, familiar with international air transportation and shipping process, have the agent resources of local shipping companies and the channel experience in Africa, South America, North America, and South Asia is preferred;

5. Able to work under pressure, with good communication and coordination skills; Good professional ethics, can bear hardships and stand hard work, work with perseverance;

6. Strong demand judgment, business guidance, business analysis ability, and certain ability to predict market changes
