Job Title: Group Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business.
  • Researching and reporting on external opportunities.
  • Understanding current and potential customers.
  • Managing the customer journey (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Developing the marketing strategy and plan,
  • Management of the marketing mix including among others, the product, the cost strategy and advertising
  • Managing agencies through development of detailed project briefs.
  • Measuring success.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Approving images and all creative work and ensuring the work is delivered on time.
  • Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Making customer focused decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing accompanied by a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Managerial post.
A Masters Degree in Marketing or MBA an added advantage.
Experience in online marketing and advertising.
Clean Class 4 Driver’s License a must.
