JOB OBJECTIVE:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Sales Department by coordinate and cooperate within the department and between departments to ensuring that achieve the expected sale targets and the safety of company’s property according to Company’s policies and procedures.

To assist the Sales Director with any issues related to the Sales Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate the company sale policy for the shopping hall and supermarket customers.
  • Set the sales targets, and elaborate specific programs
  • Development of shopping hall and supermarket customers, maintain the relationship
  • Accomplish the targets of customer sales, and ensure the timely payment
  • Supervise and urge the subordinates achieve the expected sale targets individual, and submit the document in time.
  • Achieve the sales tasks independently, and teamwork tracking big customer.
  • Long-term maintenance the relationship of customer’s decision-maker.
  • Try the best to collect the information of customers’ and Target customers’ requirement, and report to Sales Director in time
  • According to the rules of company, visit the customers on time
  • Ensure the repayment timely, and submit the document
  • Responsible to organize and attend the training for new staff.

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to provide outstanding channel sales, shopping hall and supermarket sales.
  • Possess strong product and system knowledge
  • Possess good communications and analytical skills – English
  • Good manager of people and tasks
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the work force.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literacy

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A graduate from a recognized university/college with at least 3 years related work experience in sales or markets
