Project Manager will be in charge of project implementation and management in order to:

• Create market access linkages to MFGPC for guaranteed pre-planting minimum seed cotton prices and better profitability for 3,000 targeted CASALAs members;
• Develop and pilot a CASALAs driven cotton production financing scheme, independent of current out-grower schemes promoters and meant to enable 3,000 cotton farmers access fairly-priced financing and better quality inputs for improved productivity. This scheme will also incorporate a multi-peril insurance product;
• Develop and pilot a multipurpose membership and mobile payment platform to link CAZ members to safer, less costly and real-time payment solutions needed for improved input loan recoveries, security of pre-financed crops, and to wipe out side-selling and
• Develop a web-based project Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system for improved information and evidence gathering, analysis and reporting.
