Job Title: CURE Clubfoot (CC) Program Manager

Beit CURE Hospital is a children’s charity hospital founded by a Christian mission Organization, CURE International. We specialize in the surgical treatment of disabilities in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and ENT.

We are looking for a CURE Clubfoot (CC) Program Manager – Zambia Clubfoot Program

Purpose of the Position:

To provide program management of the national clubfoot program in Zambia to eliminate clubfoot as an adult disability and to fulfill the mission of CURE International.

Key Duties:

Manage the activities the national clubfoot program within the approved annual budget and strategic operational plan.
Actively develop and maintain partnerships with relevant management, local organizations and entities to ensure local ownership of and commitment to the clubfoot program.
Manage supplies to ensure all country clinic sites have appropriate qualities.
Manage program finances within approved annual and quarter budgets and operational plans

Demonstrated commitment to and willingness to work in accordance with the mission and statement of faith of CURE international.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and programs
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and partnerships
Demonstrated proficiency in computer based skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with advanced problem solving, seeking supervision appropriately
Qualifications / Experience

A minimum of three years’ experience in the field of project or program management formal qualifications in this field will be an advantage
Relevant clinical qualifications (e.g. physiotherapy, clinical officer, occupational therapy) will be an added advantage.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Strong experience in managing people
Matured Christian exhibiting a close relationship with the Lord
Strong understanding of Medical insurance
Solid computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and data entry
Good interpersonal skills with good command of written & spoken English
Ability to handle & process confidential documents
Ability to work under pressure and beat dead lines.
Strong team player
Good business etiquette
