Social Services Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Carry out internal community needs assessments
  • Ensure provision of social amenities such as recreation and extension works
  • Promotion of women’s clubs and malnutrition reduction
  • Ensure that there is a conducive living environment in the farm and community by promotion of hygiene
  • Provide appropriate community governance systems through compound committees
  • Facilitate community health education in conjunction with the medical personnel
  • Coordinate youth empowerment programs
  • Allocate housing and ensures sound care and maintenance of social amenities and housing
  • Ensure that social amenities meet public health requirements
Building Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities
  • Supervises the work of personnel performance
  • Reviews work orders and determines priorities
  • Assigns and schedules work for the building section
  • Estimates costs of repair and other projects
  • Instructs employees in proper work and safety procedures
  • Inspects all work in progress and upon completion
  • Assists with the development of a planned maintenance programme
Chief Accountant
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Accountancy degree
  • Professional qualifications in ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or equivalent
  • Five years post qualifying experience in a reasonable position
  • Three years experience in a corporate accounting experience
  • High level of computer literacy including good spreadsheet modelling skills
  • High level of integrity and personal organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal and technical skills
  • High level of commitment, and diligence
  • Attentive to details
  • Able to meet deadlines
