Responsibility

  • Planning and managing activities of the customer service center.
  • Marketing and sale of all product
  • Able to follow the laid down instructions
  • Able to prepare accurate daily reports
  • Should have people skill with a good personality
  • Ensure good client relationships

Requirement

  • Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing,  other related filed.
  • 2 Years working experience in Telecommunications Company or profit making organization.
  • Must  be below 35 years
  • Local Residents will be given priority.
  • Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to adapt to Change
  • Able to Coach, Mentor and Evaluate his subordinates
  • Excellent communications, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Good Problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a Positive attitude
  • Previously worked in a customer service environment
