Responsibility
- Planning and managing activities of the customer service center.
- Marketing and sale of all product
- Able to follow the laid down instructions
- Able to prepare accurate daily reports
- Should have people skill with a good personality
- Ensure good client relationships
Requirement
- Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, other related filed.
- 2 Years working experience in Telecommunications Company or profit making organization.
- Must be below 35 years
- Local Residents will be given priority.
- Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to adapt to Change
- Able to Coach, Mentor and Evaluate his subordinates
- Excellent communications, writing, and analytical skills.
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Must have a Positive attitude
- Previously worked in a customer service environment
