Job Title: Customer Experience Supervisor

Job Location: Zambia

Responsibilities

  • Manages stock, reconciliation and cash at the Service Centre
  • Drive sales targets and customer centric in the Service Centres
  • Directs, motivates and inspires team to deliver in excess of expectation in a highly pressured environment
  • Monitors and ensure compliance with business processes, MTN policies and procedures
  • Drives regional initiatives and ensure brand compliance

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Accounting qualification as added advantage
  • One year experience in retail management
  • Customer Service and Sales/Marketing experience
  • Appreciation of the telecommunications industry
  • Able to driving customer centricity in the Service Centre and Region
