K&C Cash Converters Ltd is a specialist financial solutions company targeting both the formal and informal employed markets with the primary offering of financial solutions to the under-banked. Our company focuses on providing a wide combination of financial services and products in Lusaka and surrounding towns. These services are offered to our customers, who are referred to us by the general public, other clients, and through advertising. Because we are growing, we are looking for suitable candidates to work as Customer Service Consultants in our Call Centre department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Familiarity with office software.
- Previous related experience in a particular industry is an added advantage.
