Position: Delivery and Logistics Manager

Location: Lusaka

Basic Function

• To manage entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and enhance customer satisfaction
• Strategically plan and manage Logistics and transportation
• Direct, optimize and coordinate order cycle
• Keep track of Delivery times, routes, costs efficiency
• Resolve arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train Delivery staff

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Logistics Manager
• Record of successful logistics Management
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
