Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the Pipeline generation and selling/closing of Datacenter and Storage products (Dell and EMC) into a portfolio of Mid Market customers.You will manage the leads/activities of Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to deliver the Storage Sales Number, and support individual team members to become more proficient at selling storage and data center products through training, workshops, and coaching.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for the Storage business for your respective team (Pipeline generation, selling and technical expertise)
  • Identify and influence customer key decision makers
  • Continuously improve approached and methods to selling company products and services
  • Qualify customer needs, profile and develop customer account strategies
  • Design data center and storage solutions that meet the required customer needs
  • Focus self and team on the most critical activities that support the sales environment and the customer/partner
  • Be responsible for the storage pipeline generation and maintenance

QUALIFICATION:

Essential Requirements – Fluent written and verbal communication in English. – Proven experience in sales function – Emerging market knowledge is a plus – High understanding of the value proposition of main computer technology products/ services and low-end solution (servers, PowerVault, networking). – Proven ability to engage at Executive level – Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators – Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed Benefits
