Position Location: Chilanga

Overall Job Purpose

To drive company motor vehicles for the purposes of transporting staff/visitors to and from various locations.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Drive staff to work and to various locations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is available at the right station and at the right time.
  • Ensure that the pool vehicle has adequate fuel, oil, water and that all electrical components are in good working condition.
  • Record mileage in the log book before and after for proper control of vehicle utilisation.
  • Deliver and collect various items to and from town.
  • Ensure pool vehicle .s in an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensure the vehicle is road worthy.
  • Ensures regular servicing of the pool vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience/Skills

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Minimum 7 years driving experience, part of which should have been in a corporate environment.
