JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a vibrant and talented Sales & Marketing Executive. Duties include organizing creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of Sales & Marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns via social media, print media, radio, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Write and proof-read marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
- Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Persist in sales and marketing activities even in the face of failure.
- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field.
- Should possess skills in Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Product Development, Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking, Written and Verbal Communication, Organisation, Planning, Research and Analysis, People Management, Leadership.
- Valid driver’s license.
