Due to further expansion, we are inviting suitably qualified and ambitious professionals to apply for the positions Direct Sales Agents.

Corporate Image

  • Being the face of the organization, you and your team shall kindly welcome all clients and quickly direct their requests to the line office;
  • Expected to utilize all Public Relations skills in dealing with various clients in all situations

Main Role/Duties

  • Implementing all field sales aspects;
  • Ensuring flawless customer service;
  • Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels;

Communication

  • Establish a human connection;
  • Be sensitive to your client’s comfort zone;
  • Leverage your company brand;
  • Prioritize quality over quantity;
  • Be able to use your marketing skills wherever possible;
  • Use your knowledge to everyone’s advantage;
  • Follow up promptly;
  • Understand communication channels… and when to use them

Requirements

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any other social science.
