Qualifications
- Knowledge in feed mixing, production, mills machinery and poultry nutrition
- Must be conversant with all milling equipment and processes
- Knowledge of processing and production of soya cake
- Focus on quality production, staff management and stock control
- Able to maintain good housekeeping and Bio-Security
- Conversant with records and feed mill reports
- Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant qualifications
- Sober minded, innovative, accountable
- Good leadership and communication skills
